Tenant Services - Your Strategic Real Estate Partner
Tremont Realty Advisors Inc. strives to provide our clients with a higher level of services than traditional real estate brokers. We focus on your business while other firms focus on individual transactions. Using this strategic approach we help our clients gain the maximum advantage from their occupied space. We prefer to help you find opportunity in real estate rather than look at it as an expense.
Strategic Planning
We study your business to develop a strategic plan for your current and anticipated space needs. Our review looks at how you utilize your space currently and makes recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs. Based on your future goals, we devise a long range real estate plan that allows you to reach your goals while capitalizing on the opportunities that real estate can create.
Tenant Representation
Once a specific requirement has been identified, we partner with a highly qualified local broker who specialized in the type of property needed. We use their local market knowledge to identify the best property options and negotiate aggressively on your behalf to get the best deal available with a structure that works within the long term plan.
Acquisition Representation
As we do with tenant representation, we partner with a local broker for their knowledge of the inventory of available properties. Once a property has been identified, we again negotiate aggressively for the best available terms. While most brokers stop there, we are just getting started. We help coordinate the due diligence and shop for financing as if we were buying the property ourselves.
Joint Venture Transactions
When mutually beneficial, we look for acquisitions in partnership with our clients who will either fully or partially occupy the acquired property.
Build or Acquire to Suit
Tremont Realty Advisors has the capacity to develop or acquire a property for our clients occupancy.
Other Tenant Services
Other services include lease portfolio management to keep track of important lease dates as well as operating expense audits to make sure you are not being overcharged for building expenses.
