An affiliate purchased this 43,853 office building in 2007. At the time of the acquisition, the property was only 40% leased and in need of capital improvements. We renovated the common areas and instituted an aggressive marketing campaign that resulted in the building being 90% leased by year end 2008 despite facing a very challenging economic climate.
Marriott Courtyard Inn, Gulf Shores Alabama
An affiliate acquired a non controlling interest in this 90 room property in a partnership with Pinnacle Hotel Management and Fairbanks Realty Group.

Manor Crossing Apartments, West Chester, Pa.
An affiliate acquired a non controlling interest in this 66 unit garden apartment property located across from Chester County Hospital in a partnership with Real Estate Capital Advisors Inc.
