Tremont Realty Advisors acquires investment real estate through affiliated entities both in partnerships with others or solely for it’s own account. We look to acquire well located, under leased and undermanaged properties that allow us to create value thru repositioning and re-tenanting.

An affiliate purchased this 43,853 office building in 2007. At the time of the acquisition, the property was only 40% leased and in need of capital improvements. We renovated the common areas and instituted an aggressive marketing campaign that resulted in the building being 90% leased by year end 2008 despite facing a  very challenging economic climate.

  Marriott Courtyard Inn, Gulf Shores Alabama

An affiliate  acquired a non controlling interest in this 90 room property in a partnership  with Pinnacle Hotel Management and Fairbanks Realty Group.

  Marriott  Residence Inn 8 Property Portfolio

An affiliate  acquired a non controlling interest in this 8 hotel portfolio totaling 1,069 rooms in a partnership  with Pinnacle Hotel Management and Fairbanks Realty Group. The hotels are located in Warrick, RI; Fishkill, NY; Newark, DE.; Ann Arbor, Mi.; Orlando, Fl.; Fort Worth, Tx.; Tyler, Tx.; Sacramento, Ca.

  Manor Crossing Apartments, West Chester, Pa.

An affiliate  acquired a non controlling interest in this 66 unit garden apartment property located across from Chester County Hospital in a partnership  with Real Estate Capital Advisors Inc.
