Our affiliate, DMB2 Investment Partners, L.P. looks to acquire and manage well located, well built but under performing commercial real estate either solely for its own account or in partnership with outside investors.  We then use our expertise to improve the property's performance by repositioning, capital improvements and an aggressive leasing program.

Tremont has established its Marina Brokerage Services to serve an unfilled need for a professional Marina Investment Brokerage firm in the Mid-Atlantic Region. While most other coastal regions are served by specialized Marina Brokerages, the Mid Atlantic region lacks a dedicated Marina Brokerage firm to provide acquisition, disposition and capital formation services to investors in the Recreational Boating Industry.  Our aim is to fill this void and enhance liquidity and the ability of boating industry investors to make acquisitions and dispositions.
